Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in product design and development.

• Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative product concepts from market research and trends.
• Lead projects and follow the stage-gate model.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Create detailed design specs, sketches, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure feasibility.
• Conduct product testing and iterate designs.
