Applus+ IDIADA is seeking an Innovation Project Coordinator to manage internal and external development projects, coordinating resources and driving successful execution across R&D initiatives.

The role involves liaising with product managers, tracking funding opportunities, and preparing administrative proposals. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus travel willingness, are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal and external R&D development projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor and track relevant R&D funding calls and opportunities.
• Liaise with internal product managers to gather innovation needs and support initiative proposals.
• Prepare and compile proposals for relevant administrations.
• Coordinate project activities and facilitate internal resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with external partners, coordinate task distribution, and track project progress.
• Support performance evaluation of internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in and facilitate internal, external, and international meetings.
