Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid, seeks an Initial Provisioning Engineer to create IP data for On-Aircraft and AGE/GSE, working with ASD 2000M and EPS-SSPs, interfacing with international customers and suppliers.

You will coordinate with CMS, STILO, SAP, and LSA teams, manage IPL documents and respond to queries, requiring 5+ years in provisioning, and fluent Spanish and English for daily operations in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar provisioning/logistics role.
• Languages: Advanced Spanish and English for daily international operations.
• Technical: Strong ASD 2000M knowledge; familiarity with S1000D/S3000L is a plus.
• Data/Tools: Able to interpret engineering drawings and work with CMS, STILO, and SAP.
• Compliance: Spanish nationality is mandatory due to security clearance requirements.

The selected candidate will join our Provisioning Data team within the Combat perimeter, where you will directly contribute to milestone defense programs such as Eurofighter, Eurodrone, SiRTAP, and FCAS. In this role, you will act as a key logistics link in a highly international and collaborative environment, interfacing directly with national and international customers, suppliers, and engineering stakeholders.Based within Customer Services, you will work hand-in-hand with core areas like Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Technical Publications, and Ground Support Equipment (AGE/GSE) teams, as well as Engineering, Production, Configuration, and Program Management.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** **IP Data Creation:** Author Initial Provisioning (IP) Data for both On-Aircraft Equipment and Ground Support Equipment (AGE/GSE) using available technical documentation (DRL & EAPF) in strict accordance with **ASD 2000M** specifications and **EPS-SSPs** procedures.* **Configuration Management:** Update and maintain configuration accuracy within the Configuration Management System (**CMS**).* **Logistics Systems Input:** Process and inject IP data into the dedicated logistics system (**STILO**).* **IPL Lifecycle Management:** + Draft, create, and issue *Initial Provisioning List* (IPL) messages in Draft and Master versions. + Review and answer customer queries/observations on Draft IPLs, generate Consolidated Observations Lists (COL), and deliver the finalized Formal IPL version.**SKILLS**Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
