Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) is seeking a Production Engineer specialized in A/C Assembly & Disassembly, System Installation and Functional Test for the A330 MRTT program. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, compliant aircraft conversions on schedule.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3+ years in production or planning, and fluency in Spanish and English. A strong background in continuous improvement and familiarity with CATIA and related tools is

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in production, manufacturing engineering or planning & production control.
• Advanced level in Spanish & English (written and spoken).
• Experience in A330 MRTT conversion, A/C disassembly/assembly, refurbishing and functional test processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead A/C conversion activities within the TAOTT4 area to meet delivery goals.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including production, quality, planning and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the A/C zone.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, FOD, DIM and housekeeping standards are upheld.

## A/C Production & Functional Test EngineerApplylocations: Getafe Areatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR10430750****Job Description:****An opportunity has arisen on the FAL A330 MRTT for a **Production Engineer specialized in A/C Assembly & Disassembly, System Installation and Functional Test** within **Airbus Defence and Space**, Getafe (Madrid).**RESPONSIBILITIES**The jobholder will be responsible of the A/C conversion activities assigned by the Head Of the A/C zone.Main tasks and responsibilities will include:* Manage the multifunctional team established within TAOTT4 under his/her responsibility to achieve the delivery goals without pending works, integrating all functions assigned: Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning & Production Control, etc. as well as resources assigned; human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means, etc.* Manage a diverse team of Airbus shopfloor managers, electricians, mechanics and maintenance & testing technicians, as well as several subcontractors’ companies working in the same A/C zone.* Ensure coordination across different TAOTT ́s zones to reach AG2 objectives.* Ensure a proper workload-capacity with right competencies.* Ensure that Health & Safety, Quality, FOD, DIM and House Keeping standards are known and followed by all stakeholders working on his/her area of responsibility.* Drive continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area.* Guarantee VOC (Voice of the Customer) communication in the area, promoting actions to improve customer satisfaction.* Lead the cultural transformation towards a more efficient organization.* Act as a role model in the regarding Health & Safety, team engagement, energy, Airbus values and ethics & compliance.**SKILLS**Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
