We are looking for a Inhouse Consultant Quality Management (QM) (xfm) for our Quality & Compliance department.
Are you passionate about quality and digital transformation? As an Inhouse Consultant for Quality Management you will shape innovative QM solutions with a focus on SAP and bring your consulting expertise to optimize global processes.
Grow with us: Your Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for eQMS and related quality systems (SAP QM, MES, LIMS, PLM).
- Consult and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Analyze and model quality processes with a focus on digitalization, automation and AI‑driven optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, EMA, ISO) and data integrity standards.
- Support the integration of eQMS with enterprise platforms such as SAP, MES, LIMS and PLM.
- Deliver training and change management support for global users, including the rollout of AI‑enabled tools.
- Manage external service providers and coordinate implementation projects.
- Monitor system adoption and derive continuous improvement initiatives based on process data and AI insights.
- Stay informed about regulatory developments and trends in digital quality solutions and AI in the life sciences sector.
What will convince us
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting eQMS or similar quality systems.
- Deep expertise in SAP QM and familiarity with systems such as MES, LIMS and PLM.
- Strong understanding of quality processes (document management, CAPA, deviations, change control, training, audits).
- Proven consulting and project management experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as natural language processing, predictive analytics or process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in global cross‑functional teams.
