TecAlliance is seeking an AI Inhouse Consultant to drive end-to-end AI solutions from concept to production. You will collaborate with the DSML team to prototype and ship AI use cases rapidly, leveraging Python and the modern ML stack, and connecting models to TecAlliance data pipelines for production readiness.

You will work with internal stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes, improve data/product quality, and enable new capabilities across the business.

Formación

• Proven Python development experience with end-to-end AI/ML delivery.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience and basic MLOps knowledge.
• Proficient English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Turn real TecAlliance business problems into working AI solutions, from first use-case discussion to prototyping, validation, and production handover with stakeholders.
• Deliver measurable AI outcomes: reduce manual work, improve data/product quality, enable new capabilities.
• Work hands-on with DSML team to prototype and ship AI use cases quickly in collaborative settings.
• Build, integrate, and operate ML and LLM components using Python and modern ML stack; connect models to data pipelines.
