For our European Marketing Center, located in Vitoria‑Gasteiz, we are looking for a

INGENIERO/A INFORMÁTICO/A WEB DEVELOPER MANAGER

He/she will be joining a dynamic marketing team and in particular he/she will:

• Lead and manage the development team to ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage development projects to ensure they meet business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Create and implement development strategies that align with company objectives and goals and ensure the efficient use of resources.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Foster collaboration between the development team and other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of software solutions.

For this position we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with IT and management background.

Also required:

• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team working capabilities and proactive attitude for learning and progressing.
• Creativity and flexibility to work in a multinational marketing team.
