LemuGroup is seeking for a Lead Software Engineer to join the Engineering Department at its Vitoria facility.
You will design, develop, and validate the software for our digital finishing and label insertion machines. Your role will span the entire software lifecycle — from concept and architecture design, through control software and HMI development, validation, and preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
You will also play an active role in the design and continuous evolution of the software framework shared across the full range of machines developed at LemuGroup Vitoria.
Finally, you will support our Customer Service team, assisting with complex customer claims and using the knowledge gathered in the field to enhance and optimize future machine solutions.
This position requires a hands‑on, multidisciplinary mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and strong problem‑solving abilities. You must be focused, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Control & Automation Engineering
