A leading construction company is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their Steelworks Department for a significant project in Barcelona. The role involves supervising installations, ensuring project compliance, and coordinating site personnel. Candidates should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in on-site supervision, especially with steel structures. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in on-site construction supervision, preferably with steel structures.
• Proficient in English (B2) and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily progress, identify issues, and implement practical solutions.

Support the project team in achieving milestones on time and within quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in on-site construction supervision (steel structures preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• B2 in English; Spanish.
