Cigna seeks an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to shape enterprise infrastructure within a global health services PMO. You will assess feasibility, surface risks early, and connect architecture, engineering, security and operations to enable safe, scalable delivery.

This role blends practical engineering with governance influence, driving clear ownership and reducing ambiguity across hybrid, cloud and legacy environments.

Formación

• Strong IT infrastructure engineering background across complex enterprise, hybrid, cloud and legacy environments.
• Credibility across multiple infrastructure domains and understanding of how platforms, services, apps, controls and operations connect.
• Practical judgement to distinguish feasible options from aspirational ones requiring discovery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical due diligence during intake: clarify ask, impacts, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and next steps.
• Validate feasibility across infrastructure domains (network, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, IAM, security, resilience, monitoring, service management, operations).
• Challenge early sizing, cost drivers, resource impacts, and delivery sequencing with engineering and operations teams.
• Turn conceptual ideas into buildable, secure, resilient, and standards-aligned options.
• Provide focused technical input to PMO governance gates, intake forums, prioritisation reviews, and delivery readiness checkpoints.

You will assess feasibility, surface risks early, and connect architecture, engineering, security, and operations to deliver buildable options. You’ll provide technical input at PMO gates and foster clear ownership to reduce ambiguity. This position blends practical engineering with governance influence to enable safe, scalable delivery in a global health services environment.
