Inetum is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join the Cloud Ops team. You will ensure stability, scalability, and security of cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift, while collaborating with a technical team to deliver reliable services.

The role requires strong IaC skills (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and experience with CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). A bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in cloud operations is expected.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Experience in cloud operations, DevOps environments and teamwork.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with automated deployment tooling (Azure DevOps or equivalents).
• Knowledge of multiple cloud services in Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with networking, data stores, IAM and OS fundamentals.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver both operational and project work.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to be part of the Cloud Ops team. The role involves being part of a team and being able to work as an individual on the day-to-day operations, performance, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure. This position is significant in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments across multiple platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, OpenShift).

Profile

Preferred experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations
• Demonstrated experience being part of a technical team in cloud operations, infrastructure, or DevOps environments
• Strong experience with writing infrastructure as code with any of Terraform, Bicep and or CloudFormation (or other equivalent).
• Strong experience with automated deployment tooling with any of Azure DevOps (or other equivalent).
• Very good understanding of multiple cloud services in Azure and or AWS.
• Reasonable familiarity with networking, data stores, databases, identity access management and servers operating systems.
• Experience in managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of operational and project-based objectives

Required technical skills:

• Proven experience in cloud computing (Azure, AWS)
• Terraform Infrastructure as code automation
• Experience with Azure networking tools (VNET, NSG, etc.)
• End-to-end DevOps automation via CI/CD pipelines to deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and usage of tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub/Actions or equivalents).
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure environments, configurations and workflows via self-service automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages: e.g. Python, PowerShell, YAML, KQL, other
• Knowledge and experience in testing automation harnesses and frameworks
• Understanding and ability to ensure operational stability and enforcement of security controls via Policy-as-Code and IaC automation.

Other skills or abilities expected:

• Proficiency in communication.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management practices.
