A dynamic technology company in Madrid is seeking a qualified candidate to optimize and manage Mac/iOS devices using Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities include advanced administration of Microsoft 365 and supporting Microsoft Teams video conferencing, particularly with Cisco hardware. Qualifications

Proven expertise in Mac / iOS device management using Microsoft Intune.

Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Conditional Access, and security best practices.

Strong experience managing and integrating Microsoft Teams with third-party conferencing hardware, particularly Cisco.

Familiarity with the Teams Pro portal and Cisco device management for video conferencing.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively to a team environment.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cisco certifications) are a strong plus.

Excellent English B2-C1.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimization, troubleshooting, and daily management of the following environments: Mac / iOS Device Management, Microsoft 365 Administration, Teams Video Conferencing and Cisco Integration.

1. Mac / iOS Device Management - Administer and maintain our Mac and iOS device fleet using Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager). - Develop, deploy, and manage configuration profiles, application deployments, and security policies for Mac and iOS devices. - Ensure device compliance, implement Zero-Touch deployment (Apple Business Manager), and manage lifecycle for all Apple hardware. - Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues unique to the Mac / iOS ecosystem.
2. Microsoft 365 Administration - Provide advanced administration and support for the full Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive). - Manage user identities, access, and security within Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including hybrid identity solutions, conditional access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). - Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM / Intune) for administration beyond Apple devices, including policy management and device enrollment. - Manage and administer the various Microsoft Admin Portals (M365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance).
3. Teams Video Conferencing and Cisco Integration - Manage and support our Microsoft Teams video conferencing solutions. - Specialize in the integration and management of Cisco hardware (Cisco Webex Devices, room kits) within the Teams ecosystem. - Administer the Teams Pro portal and related Cisco device management interfaces to ensure optimal performance and functionality of conference room systems. - Troubleshoot complex A/V, network, and connectivity issues related to the Teams and Cisco integration.
