MIGx AG is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for complex IT initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, international environment.

You will apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, manage vendors, and drive risk mitigation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and English are required.

Formación

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe).
• Strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear ownership and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Engage with clients to clarify goals, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting suitable methodologies.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide regular status reporting on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure compliance and quality.
• Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities.
• Facilitate communication between business, IT, and vendor teams to resolve issues.

Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.
• Engage with clients to clarify project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting and applying suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
• Identify and assess risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans, and ensure they are implemented.
• Monitor project progress against plan and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues).
• Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and relevant compliance or contractual requirements.
• Participate in selection, onboarding, and management of vendors and contractors, tracking their performance and resolving delivery issues.
• Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams, resolving conflicts and misalignment where needed.

Requirements - Must have

• Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Knoweledge and proven experience of agile frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in project resource management, including planning, allocation, coordination, and tracking of project resources and efforts.
• Clear ownership and accountability for project delivery goals and KPIs, including timelines and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining structure, prioritization, and focus.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive mindset with demonstrated project leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English (professional working proficiency).

Requirements - Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects in the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain.
• Experience managing projects in Data & AI environments, such as:
• data platforms or data factories;
• Experience with infrastructure or IT foundation projects, for example:
• Microsoft infrastructure;
• cloud or hybrid environments.
• Good understanding of technical terminology, enabling effective communication with engineering and technical teams.
• Experience working in international, distributed, or cross‑functional teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
