Proton seeks a motivated intern to join the Influencers team in Barcelona. Your main focus will be helping grow Proton's Partners Program, finding new creators and improving the partner experience over time.

You'll scout influencers across platforms, support ongoing partner follow-ups, draft newsletters, organize webinars, and collaborate with agencies. Ideal candidates are Barcelona-based, with a Marketing/Comms degree, strong English, and high organization.

Formación

• Based in Barcelona (required).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy.
• Highly organized, with good attention to detail.
• Advanced English.
• Spanish or French is a plus.
• Experience with affiliate programmes, social media, or agency work is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Scout and reach out to influencers across platforms who are a good fit for Proton's Partners Program.
• Support day-to-day follow-up with existing partners to improve their experience.
• Help draft and send partner newsletters.
• Assist in organizing webinars and events for partners.
• Collaborate with external agencies working on the Partners Programme.
• Help document and organize campaign details, agreements, and communications.
• Stay up to date with new platforms, creators, and trends.
• Bring new ideas to grow the Partners Program and share what works with the team.
