Job summary
Airbus Operations Getafe in Madrid is seeking a Tooling Development Engineer to lead end-to-end industrialization activities for new tools and manufacturing means. You will coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, H&S and other functions to deliver safe, ergonomic and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Manufacturing, Engineering.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and networking.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: programming in C#, advanced level of CATIA.
- Valuable: experience in automotive will be valuable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end activities for industrialization of new means and ensure safety, ergonomics and maintainability.
- Technical ownership; coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, H&S, Ergonomics, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and more.
- Define concepts, specifications and improvements; manage supplier calls for tenders and milestone tracking (KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, THO).
- Provide shop-floor support and drive continuous improvement and problem solving in an industrial setting.
