Drees & Sommer is seeking a Project Construction Manager to lead large-scale industrial projects in Seville, Spain. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and external partners, and ensure delivery within international standards and regulatory requirements.

The role demands leadership, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders. Regular travel within Spain and internationally is expected; a mobile working option is available.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building/Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s degrees or advanced certifications in project management (PMP, IPMA, Lean, etc.) will be valued.
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in managing industrial projects.
• Proven recent experience in sectors such as semiconductors, manufacturing, energy, logistics, or life sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrial projects from requirements identification, design, planning, execution, and commissioning.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring coordination across disciplines and external partners.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including production processes, facilities, buildings, and technical systems.
• Act as the primary client contact, organizing workshops and aligning interests among all parties.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and frameworks for the industrial sector.
• Manage contracts and oversee timelines, costs, scope, and quality.
