Technica Engineering Spain is seeking a Process Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team in Zaragoza, focusing on manufacturing excellence for automotive and telecom projects.

You will apply MTM, ergonomic studies, and CATIA/ENOVIA/DELMIA tools to design efficient processes, validate requirements, and drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and logistics teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Preparation, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience industrializing new products and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

Technica Engineering is a technology company specialized in the development, validation and verification of software and electronic solutions at the automotive sector. With a strong focus on technologies like Automotive Ethernet and the development of ECUS, we bring technical consulting services in areas like ADAS, on-board networks, getaways, and comfort and security functions.

We are currently offering you a position as GAPE Industrial Preparator in permanent employment in Zaragoza, Spain. Job Requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Process Engineer with a passion for manufacturing excellence and process optimization, capable of transforming product requirements into efficient, robust, and scalable industrial solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an analytical mindset and a continuous improvement approach.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Preparation, or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably within the automotive or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supporting the industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes.

Your technical expertise

You Have Solid Knowledge And Hands‑on Experience In

• Assembly process design and planning.
• Manufacturing feasibility analysis and technical requirement validation.
• Engineering Standard Time (EST) calculations and work measurement techniques.
• MTM methodology and time studies (MTM certification is considered an advantage).
• Ergonomic assessments and workstation optimization.
• Process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
• Product traceability, quality requirements, and compliance processes.
• Continuous improvement methodologies focused on productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Digital manufacturing tools

You are comfortable working with industry‑leading digital manufacturing solutions, including:

• CATIA V6
• ENOVIA V6 PLM
• DELMIA Process Engineer

Languages

• Fluent Spanish.
• Fluent English.
