You will engage in Lean-based loss analysis, data-driven improvement projects, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production lines. The role targets students or recent graduates in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, with Spanish fluency and at least intermediate English.

Formación

• Student or recent graduate in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish; English intermediate or higher.
• Strong skills in project management and data analysis.
• Experience coaching someone on the floor and leading teams.
• Proactive learner with strong collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Daily Management System meetings to plan loss analysis and eradication.
• Coach and lead core teams to identify losses and develop Lean solutions.
• Resolve technical issues on the line using problem-solving tools.
• Analyze performance data to support efficiency improvements and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical support for cost-saving programs and projects.
• Manage change management for the line.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Security and Logistics to standardize processes.
