Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support delivery of large-scale manufacturing projects. You will coordinate site operations, ensure safety quality and cost controls, and work with clients, project managers, and contractors to drive successful project execution.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and availability for on-site work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Approx. 5 years' experience in construction or project management; experience on industrial construction projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, contractor management, and project controls.
• Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital tools and AI-driven applications for planning, reporting, and project management would be an advantage.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Availability for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the delivery of civil construction packages, including structural works, roofing, and façade systems for a unique industrial facility.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure works.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and resource requirements, with proactive mitigation of issues.
• Drive effective cost and schedule control while maintaining project performance targets.
• Coordinate closely with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders for alignment.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage digital/AI-enabled solutions for planning and reporting.
