Bellver College is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to implement inclusive practices and provide individualized student support. You will work under the SENCO to translate inclusive values into daily classroom practice and help develop an inclusion program in a growing Student Support Team.

You will support students with diverse needs, adapt materials, observe progress, and contribute to a supportive, belonging-focused school culture in Mallorca.

Formación

• Experience working with children or young people with additional learning needs.
• Strong understanding of inclusive values and commitment to diverse learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-class and small-group support for students with identified learning needs as directed by the SENCO.
• Support development of academic, organizational, social, emotional, and self-regulation skills.
• Assist with adaptations and strategies outlined in learning plans (IEPs/ILPs).
• Observe, document progress and share insights with SENCO and teaching staff.
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture centered on student success.
