Sastre en la Tienda, a luxury in-store bespoke tailor, is seeking a skilled tailor to join our Madrid team. The role focuses on precise measurements, MTM/MTO capabilities, and delivering an exceptional client experience of a high luxury standard.

You will travel to clients for home services, collaborate with the Master Tailor, and help manage atelier operations while upholding the brand’s premium image and values.

Formación

• Experience in alterations and bespoke tailoring; MTM/MTO experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish; English a plus for client interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Take measurements for bespoke collections (suits, shirts, casualwear).
• Travel to provide bespoke home services for clients.
• Collaborate with the Master Tailor and oversee atelier operations.
• Refine tailoring techniques and precise measurements for custom garments.
• Deliver an elevated client journey and maintain a premium store atmosphere.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and promote the brand values.
