Sastre En la Tienda in Madrid is seeking an in-store bespoke tailor for a high luxury brand. You will take measurements, craft MTM/MTO pieces, and deliver home services for VIP clients, collaborating with the Master Tailor to manage atelier operations.

Fluency in Spanish is required with English a plus; strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to maintain a premium store experience and promote the brand's values.

Responsabilidades

• Take measurements for bespoke collections including suits, shirts, and casualwear.
• Apply advanced tailoring strategies for VIP and loyal clients.
• Travel to provide bespoke home services for clients.
• Collaborate with the Master Tailor and jointly manage atelier operations.
• Refine tailoring techniques and precise measurements for custom-made garments.
• Deliver an exceptional client journey and elevate the customer experience.
• Uphold premium store atmosphere and brand standards.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand values.
