The role involves developing MTM and MTO projects, visiting clients at their homes, and collaborating closely with the Master Tailor to maintain atelier excellence and brand standards.

Formación

• Strong business acumen and exceptional attention to detail.
• Skills in Alterations, MTM, MTO and Bespoke services.
• Spanish mandatory; English a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Take measurements for bespoke collections, including suits, shirts, and casualwear.
• Apply advanced tailoring strategies for VIP and highly loyal clients.
• Travel to provide bespoke home services for clients.
• Collaborate with the Master Tailor and jointly manage atelier operations.
• Refine tailoring techniques and precise measurements for custom-made garments.
• Deliver an exceptional client journey by elevating the customer experience.
• Uphold premium store atmosphere and brand values.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for the brand.
