In a company which is adapting and also leading in a very competitive marketplace, new roles also arise which need the skills of the executive recruiter in order to hire for business needs rather than executive roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership and Planning

You work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the organization’s strategic objectives, current and future talent needs, and the specific requirements, skills, and cultural fit for each executive role or those key roles which require the skills of an executive recruiter. Translate organizational needs into detailed and compelling job descriptions for senior-level roles, outlining necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, leadership competencies, and cultural alignment. Design and implement comprehensive executive search strategies, including identifying target industries, companies, and candidate profiles, leveraging also internal talent. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks for executive roles to provide strategic advice to hiring managers and the people team.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

Actively seek out passive candidates—professionals who may not be actively job-hunting but are open to compelling opportunities. Continuously cultivate relationships with potential future candidates, even if there isn’t an immediate opening, to build a robust pool of qualified talent. Play a significant role in promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent, highlighting the organization’s mission, values, and culture.

Candidate Assessment & Management

Beyond reviewing resumes, you conduct rigorous assessments to evaluate cultural fit, strategic alignment, communication and the competencies under eDO’s leadership model. Executive-level recruitment often requires a high degree of discretion and confidentiality throughout the interview process to protect both the company and the candidate. You ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.

Offer and Onboarding

Handle the offer and negotiation process, including salary, benefits, and other compensation packages, ensuring internal equity in conjunction with our People Team and the Hiring Manager. Make sure the candidate keeps engaged between offer signature and start date. Remain the point of contact until the start date and assist in the initial onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Data Integrity & Process Excellence

Maintaining strict confidentiality is paramount, especially when dealing with sensitive transitions. Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and ethical recruitment standards and regulations. Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and other essential details in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and continuously improve processes.
