Sofico is seeking a dynamic configuration and implementation consultant to join a multidisciplinary unit in Madrid. You will translate customer needs into detailed specifications and design configuration solutions for the Miles ERP platform used in automotive finance and leasing.

Collaboration with stakeholders and product managers will align solutions with the product roadmap. You will engage in requirements analysis, system assessments, testing, and documentation while ensuring timely delivery

Formación

• Business fluent in English.
• Experience in configuration or implementation consulting, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Familiar with software implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in customer engagement and providing consultative support.
• Familiarity with ERP software solutions.
• Experience with Miles or automotive/financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

About The Job

Our software, "Miles", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico''s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications
