Sofico is seeking a configuration/implementation consultant to work on the Miles ERP platform for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in Madrid. You will analyze customer requirements, refine them into specifications, and design, configure, test, and document tailored solutions in collaboration with clients and project teams.

About the job

Our software, "Miles", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Soficou2019s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and refine customer requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
• Assess existing Miles functionality and propose effective solution directions.
• Develop, execute and document configuration solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of solutions to customers.
• Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align project solutions with the productu2019s roadmap and future developments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in customer engagement and providing consultative support.
• Familiarity with ERP software solutions in the automotive or financial services sectors is a plus.
