A leading company in the Chemical Manufacturing industry is seeking an Implant Project Manager to oversee office refurbishment projects across Spain and Portugal. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from design to execution, ensuring compliance and quality. Candidates should have a strong background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and be fluent in Spanish and English. This on-site position is based in Madrid and offers a 12-month project duration.

Formación

• Proven experience managing office refurbishment / corporate fit-out projects.
• Experience preparing tender documentation and leading on-site coordination.
• Certification in PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.

🏗️ Implant Project Manager – Office Refurbishment (Spain & Portugal)

📍 Madrid (on-site) | 🕒 12-month project (possible extension)

A leading company in the Chemical Manufacturing industry is looking for an Implant Project Manager to oversee the refurbishment and adaptation of corporate offices across Spain and Portugal .

You’ll be based on-site at the client’s Madrid headquarters , coordinating end-to-end project delivery from design and tendering to execution and final handover ensuring compliance, quality, and on‑time delivery across multiple sites.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle : design, tendering, execution, and delivery.
• Develop technical specifications, RFPs , and tender documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and test fits for office layouts.
• Coordinate and supervise construction and refurbishment works on-site.
• Manage contractor negotiations, selection, and performance .
• Control budget, schedule, and quality metrics throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and corporate standards .
• Oversee multiple office projects across Spain and Portugal.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing office refurbishment / corporate fit‑out projects .
• Strong background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management .
• Experience preparing tender documentation and leading on-site coordination .
• Solid understanding of Spanish and Portuguese building regulations (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multinational environments .
• Fluent in Spanish and English ; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Certification in PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent is a plus.
