EcoVadis is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Coordinator in Barcelona to manage the success of our customers by overseeing program implementation and operational management within a positive team environment.

You will facilitate deployment, deliver platform demonstrations and trainings, perform data analysis, and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights to customers.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer operations and program implementation.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and trainings; provide back-office support and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to resolve customer challenges.
• Suggest process improvements and new product applications to better serve clients.
• Empower customers during program implementation and monitor KPIs to track success.
