EcoVadis is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Coordinator to join our Barcelona team, driving successful program implementations and operational management for our customers. You will facilitate engagement, deliver platform demonstrations and trainings, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and outcomes.

You will empower customers with data-driven insights, monitor KPIs, and help them achieve strategic goals while supporting a positive, sustainability-led work environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong data analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as facilitator of successful program implementation for EcoVadis customers.
• Provide operational management of customer programs and enable value realization.
• Deliver platform demonstrations, trainings, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to address customer challenges and improve processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive adoption of solutions within the customer organization.
