Novartis Spain is seeking a Head, Immunology Field Force Spain to lead the national Immunology field organization, drive launch excellence and build a high-performing, compliant commercial team.

You will translate strategy into flawless execution, oversee omnichannel customer engagement and ensure strong business performance across Spain. This role offers leadership of First Line Managers and close cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical, Market Access and more.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant areas.
• 4+ years direct leadership and people management experience.
• Customer-centric leadership and engagement strategy experience.
• Proven record of delivering commercial outcomes with customer needs in mind.
• Experience in marketing, Market Access, or related roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Immunology field organization with high performance.
• Translate franchise strategy into actionable field execution plans.
• Drive sales, market share and organizational objectives across Spain.
• Champion omnichannel customer engagement and CRM excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
