Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of immunoassay development experience.
• Experience designing experiments independently.
• Experience with calibration, reagent lot comparisons, or analytical assay development is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize immunoassays and investigate sources of variability.
• Establish calibration strategies, batch comparison protocols, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate analytical performance, reagent and sensor stability, and quality-control trends.
• Analyze data and prepare experimental protocols and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with surface chemistry, engineering, and quality teams.
