Admiral Seguros is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in Madrid to drive financial excellence within the company. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will manage a team, ensuring compliance with PCEA and IFRS 17 standards while supporting international coordination with teams in France and Italy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and a solid background in financial reporting within the insurance sector. This role plays a critical part in implementing digital transformations and optimizing processes across Europe.

Formación

• Proven experience in financial reporting and team management within the insurance sector.
• Expertise in PCEA and IFRS 17 accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance their technical skills.
• Coordinate the preparation of Statutory Annual Accounts and regulatory reports.
• Ensure quality accounting data for Solvency II reporting.
• Collaborate with UK Group Finance and support local teams in France and Italy.
• Optimize internal financial control framework and mitigate operational risks.
• Drive change management for the new ERP implementation.
• Deliver financial reports and key KPIs for department decision-making.
