Qualifications

• Qualified tax professional with international corporate tax experience.
• Experience handling cross‑border tax issues, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑border tax matters for Spain, France, and Italy, including TP and VAT/IPT.
• Define EU tax policies, processes, and best practices for tax returns and payments.
• Coordinate external tax advisers across three countries for high‑quality delivery.
• Review local accounting team tax duties, including corporate tax computations and IPT.
• Align European tax strategies with Group Tax in the UK and support M&A initiatives.
• Monitor and advise on local and international tax legislation to ensure compliance.
