Job summary

IOM in Valencia, Spain is seeking an ICT Officer Identity and Access Management to lead the IAM program. You will design, implement, and support the IDM ecosystem, integrate with AD/Entra ID, and manage lifecycle automation across HR and ERP systems.

You will supervise the IAM team, enforce least privilege, and coordinate with HR, Security and Compliance to enforce identity policies while maintaining strong documentation and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in IAM/IT security.
• Experience with One Identity IDM, AD/Entra ID, and ERP integration.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and access governance concepts.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated IAM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity and access management design, deployment, and operation.
• Coordinate joiner/mover/leaver processes and data synchronization.
• Enforce least-privilege access and monitor incidents across IAM platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and compliance teams and document architectures.

Education

Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

University degree in the above fields with seven years of relevant professional experience

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

ITIL v4 Foundation certification

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

One Identity - Identity Manager Foundations (#IM-FND) certification
