Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate AI models on real-world identity and access scenarios. This remote hourly contract role focuses on analyzing IAM/SIDOC scenarios, classifying issues, and validating data for AI training.

You will contribute to training data and provide feedback to improve AI reasoning about security. The role requires 2+ years in IAM/SSO, knowledge of RBAC and least-privilege, and ability to clearly

What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and exploitable paths
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation vectors, and identity-related failures with precision
• Evaluate zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and risk
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
• Familiar with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit them
• Able to articulate complex security concepts clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping, or similar
• Background in cloud IAM (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with zero-trust architecture frameworks
• Prior experience in security consulting, red teaming, or access governance
