Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate AI models on real-world identity and access scenarios. This remote hourly contract role focuses on analyzing IAM/SIDOC scenarios, classifying issues, and validating data for AI training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege concepts.
• Ability to articulate security concepts clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues and privilege escalation vectors with precision.
• Evaluate zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and risk.
• Generate and validate identity security data to train/benchmark AI systems.
• Provide structured feedback shaping how AI reasons about security.
