Job summary

Antolin is seeking an Identity & Access Management Consultant to join the Corporate Cybersecurity team. You will shape and strengthen identity security across a global workforce and locations, combining hands-on technical work with project leadership to improve Zero Trust posture.

You will design and operate identity services such as Entra ID, SSO, MFA and CA, while guiding governance and PAM initiatives and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure secure access across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, telecommunications engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Security or related cybersecurity domains.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the evolution of the company's Identity and Access Management capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design, implement and continuously improve identity-related services including Microsoft Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Identity Security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Manage and evolve Privileged Access Management solutions, including CyberArk and/or other future PAM technologies.
• Define policies, standards and best practices for secure access to corporate resources.
• Collaborate with HR, Infrastructure, IT Operations and Cybersecurity teams to improve identity lifecycle processes and access governance.
• Lead or participate in global cybersecurity and identity-related projects.
• Coordinate external service providers and ensure delivery quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Mission

As part of the Corporate Cybersecurity team, the Identity & Access Management Consultant will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the organization's identity security capabilities.

The role is responsible for driving secure and efficient identity and access management practices across a global industrial environment of more than 18,000 employees and +100 locations worldwide.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic thinking to strengthen the company's Identity Security and Zero Trust posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the evolution of the company's Identity and Access Management capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Support audits, compliance initiatives and security assessments related to identity and access management.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Security or related cybersecurity domains.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as CyberArk, Beyond Trust or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Identity Governance, RBAC, Least Privilege and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience managing external providers and participating in international projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Professional English level (minimum B2).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, Saviynt or One Identity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience in international manufacturing environments.
• Security certifications related to IAM, Microsoft Security or Cybersecurity.
