Antolin is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Analyst to bridge business needs and AI technology by designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP. The role aims to transform complex challenges into scalable digital products that boost decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience developing enterprise software, digital products, or data-driven solutions.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Engineering to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and operational applications.
• Facilitate functional workshops and support solution design activities.
• Design and maintain enterprise ontologies, data models, and transformation pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop operational applications, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Palantir AIP, including intelligent agents and RAG architectures.
• Integrate SAP, MES, PLM, logistics systems, APIs, Data Lakes, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead digital use cases from concept through implementation and production deployment.
• Drive user adoption, measure business impact, and promote continuous improvement.
• Identify new opportunities to leverage Data and AI across the organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of Grupo Antolín's digital platform and best practices.

Mission:

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging business and technology by designing, developing, and deploying data-driven and AI-powered solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP. The role aims to transform complex business challenges into scalable digital products that enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support Grupo Antolin's global digital transformation strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Engineering to identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and operational applications.
• Facilitate functional workshops and support solution design activities.
• Design and maintain enterprise ontologies, data models, and transformation pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop operational applications, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Palantir AIP, including intelligent agents, RAG architectures, and business assistants.
• Integrate corporate platforms and systems such as SAP, MES, PLM, logistics systems, APIs, Data Lakes, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead digital use cases from concept through implementation and production deployment.
• Drive user adoption, measure business impact, and promote continuous improvement.
• Identify new opportunities to leverage Data and Artificial Intelligence across the organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of Grupo Antolin's digital platform and promote best practices.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience developing enterprise software, digital products, or data-driven solutions.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure, SAP, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments.
• Background in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science.
