Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is offering a Kitchen Trainee internship in Ibiza. You will assist the culinary team, prepare mise en place, and support kitchen sections to learn operations and techniques.

The program runs 3 to 6 months starting May 2027. Benefits include free accommodation in a shared room, free meals during shifts, and an internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Enrolled in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality & Hotel Management, or related program (Diploma, Vocational Training, Bachelor's or Master's).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Passion for cooking and the hospitality industry.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable.
• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the culinary team in daily operations, preparing mise en place and supporting kitchen sections.
• Ensure high standards of quality, taste, temperature and presentation.
• Support hygiene, cleanliness and food safety; organize and store ingredients and equipment.
