Job summary

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is offering a Kitchen Trainee program in Ibiza. You will assist the culinary team, prepare mise en place, and support kitchen sections to gain hands-on understanding of operations and techniques. The program runs 3 to 6 months starting May 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality & Hotel Management, or related program.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Eligible to work in the EU and Ibiza-based during internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary team in daily operations and mise en place.
• Support kitchen sections to gain understanding of operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of ingredients and equipment.
