Ares seeks an Analyst to join our European Real Estate Equity team in Madrid. You will help evaluate, execute and manage a wide variety of equity investment opportunities, primarily covering the Iberian market, with exposure to other European geographies.

The role involves full involvement in the investment process, with emphasis on financial modelling, preparation of investment committee materials, market research and interactions with investors.

Formación

• University degree from a top undergraduate institution.
• 1–3 years in investment banking, REPE or real estate advisory.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience evaluating real estate equity investments.
• Excel and PowerPoint expert; AI for process efficiencies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on a small deal team to analyse and execute real estate equity investments.
• Prepare investment committee materials.
• Develop and maintain research on geographic markets, property types and sectors.
• Support Asset Management in value creation, monitoring and reporting.
• Interact with lenders, investors, lawyers and deal participants.
