Ares Management Corporation in Madrid seeks an Analyst to join the European Real Estate Equity team. You will assist in evaluating, executing and managing equity investments, with a focus on the Iberian market and exposure to other European geographies, through heavy financial modelling and investor materials.

Formación

• University Degree with strong performance from a top undergraduate institution.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or real estate advisory (focused on private equity).
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and valuation skills.
• Writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience evaluating real estate equity investments and relevant transactional experience.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with and able to use AI to support process efficiencies and investment decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on a small deal team to analyse and execute real estate equity investments.
• Communicate with and report to all levels, from Associate to Partners.
• Perform extensive financial modelling.
• Prepare investment committee materials.
• Develop and maintain research on geographic markets, property types or sectors.
• Participate in all aspects of investment transactions: deal screening and financial modelling, investment recommendations.
• Due diligence on new transactions; strategic oversight and monitoring of investments.
• Interact with counterparties, lenders, investors, lawyers, consultants and deal participants.
• Support Asset Management in value creation and portfolio oversight across asset classes.
