Job summary

Societe Generale Spain is seeking an Analyst for the SSL Iberia team to participate in the origination and execution of sophisticated financing and investment solutions. You will be exposed to senior bankers, clients, and external advisers from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration + Law / Tax, or a related discipline
• Previous experience (up to 2 years) in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related financial advisory environments

Responsibilities

• Support SSL Iberia senior bankers in structuring, origination and execution of structured financing and investment solutions
• Prepare financial models and marketing materials for clients and internal approvals
• Assist with KYC procedures and review of transaction legal documentation
• Monitor ad hoc entities set up for SSL transactions
