Apoyarás la originación y ejecución de financiación respaldada por ECA para clientes a nivel mundial, colaborando con clientes, ECAs y equipos internos para estructurar soluciones a medida y avanzar en las etapas de aprobación.

Podrás crecer hacia origination o estructuración conforme ganes exposición a diversas estructuras de financiación, trabajando con socios multifuncionales y mentorizando a miembros más

Formación

• Inglés obligatorio; español, francés y/o alemán se valoran.
• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en asesoría y/o financiación estructurada.
• Conocimientos sólidos de financiación de exportación y/o estructuras sin recurso.
• Habilidad para analizar riesgos y issues contractuales y técnicos.
• Habilidades de presentación y PowerPoint avanzadas.
• Habilidades organizativas y de gestión de procesos.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la originación y ejecución de transacciones de financiación cubiertas por ECA a nivel global.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de negocio, incluidas presentaciones a clientes y cribado de oportunidades.
• Coordinar procesos internos entre Riesgo, Legal, Cumplimiento, E&S, Sindicación, Middle Office y Project Finance.
• Preparar materiales de marketing, crédito e internos con contenido analítico de alta calidad.
• Gestionar la ejecución de transacciones a través de las etapas de aprobación.
• Participar en fases de estructuración y documentación centradas en documentos financieros y políticas ECA.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones de financiación de mayor valor y estructuras más complejas.
• Apoyar y orientar a miembros del equipo más junior y fomentar el intercambio de conocimientos.
• Soporte a una cultura de trabajo flexible, dinámica y orientada al equipo.

Overview

As an Associate in Global Export & Agency Finance, you will support origination and execution of ECA-backed financing for clients worldwide from Madrid. You work closely with clients, ECAs, and internal teams to structure tailored solutions and advance deal execution through approval milestones. The role offers growth toward origination or structuring as you gain exposure to diverse financing structures. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and mentор junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support origination and execution of ECA-covered financing transactions globally
• Contribute to business development, including client pitches and opportunity screening
• Coordinate internal processes across Risk, Legal, Compliance, E&S, Syndication, Middle Office, and Project Finance
• Prepare high-quality marketing, credit, and internal materials with strong analytical content
• Manage transaction execution through approval stages (business committees, Risk approvals, legal sign-off)
• Participate in structuring and documentation phases focusing on core finance documents and ECA policies
• Contribute to developing value-added financing solutions and more complex structures
• Support and mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing
• Support a flexible, dynamic, team-oriented working culture

Requisitos principales

• Minimum 4 years of experience in advisory and/or lending roles within Structured Finance, Project Finance and/or Export Finance
• Solid understanding of Export Finance and/or non-recourse financing structures and related legal frameworks
• Bachelor
• English mandatory; Spanish, French and German and/or other considered a plus
• Strong structured finance fundamentals xqysrnh and ability to assess transaction risks
• Ability to analyse and address contractual, commercial and technical issues
• Strong interdisciplinary skills across financing, structuring and documentation
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Financial modelling skills are an advantage
• Strong communication, organisational and process management skills
