Job summary

Nadara is seeking a Regulatory Engagement & Advocacy Manager for Iberia to shape regulatory positioning and external engagement across Spain and Portugal. You will monitor Iberian policy, translate developments into actionable insights, and support growth in the Iberia renewables market.

The role requires strong regulatory and stakeholder-management skills, with collaboration across commercial, origination and development teams, in an international renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience >5 years in regulatory affairs, public affairs or energy policy.
• Strong knowledge of Iberian power market and regulatory environment.
• Exposure to European energy markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory monitoring & analysis for Iberia, tracking policies and market design.
• Translate regulatory changes into business impacts and risks.
• Provide timely insights to senior management.
• Develop and execute advocacy strategies in Iberia.
• Build relationships with government, regulators and policymakers.
• Represent Nadara in Iberia industry associations and working groups.
