This role requires strong financial leadership, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with global standards, as well as the ability to manage teams across accounting, tax, and treasury. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within renewables. The position offers an agile working environment and real ownership.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, ideally in renewables or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong background in financial reporting, tax, treasury and standardised group processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all financial operations across Iberia, managing teams in accounting, tax, treasury and controlling.
• Ensure compliance with standardised group reporting frameworks and act as a liaison with Global Finance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate asset performance.

Conocimientos

Fluent English (C1 level)

Spanish at a professional level

Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau

Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central, SAP)

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

Master’s degree or certifications (CFA, CPA or ACCA)
