The Finance Business Partner Iberia (Business Navigator) role at C&A is based in Alcobendas (Madrid) and focuses on driving performance across the Iberian market. You will work cross-functionally with local and European teams to understand performance, identify opportunities and translate data into concrete business actions.

The position combines financial expertise with commercial acumen and strong analytical skills, offering hybrid work and exposure to an international environment.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with numbers, data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in large organisations, ideally in retail or consumer-focused business.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Iberian market and translate insights into action plans.
• Develop and implement country improvement strategies for Iberia and stores.
• Drive store portfolio decisions including openings, closures, extensions and refurbishments; evaluate business cases.
• Monitor country-level P&L and work with managers to meet targets.
• Lead initiatives through influence, building relationships with stakeholders across teams.
