Cushman & Wakefield in Madrid seeks a Finance Business Partner Iberia who reports to the CFO Deputy Continental Europe. This role provides data-led insights to senior leaders and oversees day-to-day finance operations, working closely with the business to drive value.

The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management, partner with Controllership, and coordinate across functions such as Legal and HR.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of FP&A, Financial Controlling, Business Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, or other relevant finance roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes, with a strong business partnering mindset.
• Experience in multinational and/or professional services environments (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Workday, B2O, CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Trusted business advisor for all key stakeholders preparing financial analysis into business reviews and other strategic meetings as required.
• Leadership of forecasting, planning, and reporting activities including assisting the Controllership team.
• Analysis of business trends using all internal analytics tools and methodologies and providing recommendations to drive actions.
• Effective coordination across Cushman & Wakefield including, Legal, HR, and other functions.
• Transformation champion in the ever-changing technology landscape, as well as coaching the finance teams and business stakeholders.
