ING is seeking an Identity and Access Management Expert to join the IAM Center of Excellence within the CISO office in Madrid. You will safeguard digital identities by managing roles, access privileges and lifecycle processes to ensure right access at the right time.

You will review IAM issues, contribute to policy implementation and support evidence collection, access reviews and root-cause remediation. Strong collaboration with tech, risk and business teams is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in Identity and Access Management, cyber security, or related risk/control roles.
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle, access requests, privileged access and segregation of duties.
• Comfort with procedures, evidence, controls and operational documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Review and remediate IAM issues in line with procedures and policies.
• Implement and maintain IAM local policies with cross-team collaboration.
• Support evidence collection, access reviews, issue tracking and timely resolutions.
• Advise users and stakeholders on IAM topics and translate questions into guidance.
• Collaborate with technology, risk and business teams to improve access controls.
