Getnet in Madrid is seeking an AI Tech Lead Associate to coordinate the global Data & AI portfolio and drive measurable value across product, technology, finance and business teams. You will align stakeholders, define objectives, and ensure initiatives deliver tangible outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, AI or transformation areas, proven team leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).

Formación

• Proven experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in payments, fintech or banking environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the global portfolio of Data & AI initiatives and track value delivery.
• Collaborate on methodologies, KPIs and executive reporting for progress visibility.
• Work with Product, Technology, Finance and Business teams to ensure tangible outcomes.
• Provide structure and reporting to support efficient execution across the portfolio.
• Promote best practices for quality, scalability and responsible AI adoption.
• Prepare executive reports with clear visibility to sponsors.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams involved in Data & AI projects.
• Coordinate and motivate teams across project contexts to maintain focus and results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an AI Tech Lead Associate, your day-to-day work will include:

• Support the coordination and prioritization of the global portfolio of Data & AI initiatives.
• Collaborate on methodologies, KPIs and executive reporting to track progress and value delivery.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Finance and Business teams to ensure initiatives generate tangible outcomes.
• Provide structure and reporting to support effective and efficient execution across the portfolio.
• Promote best practices that support quality, scalability, compliance and responsible AI adoption.
• Prepare executive reports that provide clear visibility to global and local sponsors.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams involved in Data & AI projects.
• Coordinate and motivate teams in project contexts, supporting leadership to maintain focus, collaboration and results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of an AI Tech Lead Associate to join our team in Madrid, with the following qualifications and background:

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI or transformation initiatives. (Required)
• Proven experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects. (Required)
• Experience in payments, fintech or banking environments. (Preferred)

Languages

• Fluent English. (Required)
• Fluent Spanish. (Required)
• Portuguese language proficiency. (Preferred)

Hard Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Advanced Analytics and Data Platforms, including tools such as Databricks, Azure and Power BI. (Required)
• Knowledge of AI productization, lifecycle management and compliance frameworks. (Required)

Preferred

• Experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps. (Preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills. (Required)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making. (Required)
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary project contexts. (Required)
